Constant disconnects - Very frustrated now

So I have read a lot about this problem and have tried many of the excellent suggestions but I am now at my whits end!

 

I'm fairly new to plusnet having moved from Sky a few months ago. When everything is working we have a great service. Good speed and the 3 teenagers and the good lady are happy. Sadly this is not that often any more.

We get devices dropping off the router randomly and in some cases they won't reconnect until I reset the router.

I have a Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 | Last updated 31/08/17

I have separated the 2.5g & 5g channels onto different SSID's

I have used wifi analyzer to work out the best channel for 2.5g to be on (channel 1 in this case)

You can see below my log and the type of events that are happening. Using whois I can see a lot of the blocks are comming from BT and Facebook?

Any help and advice would be most welcome. My son is trying to be a competitive gamer and he simply can't play anything at the moment due to getting kicked off the router randomly.
