I am lost. New Hub2 router and need to connect the heating via a 2.4Ghz and the app on my mobile. My mobile only showed the 5GHz SSID and I've tried the 192. route through the laptop brower and can't get heating app to connect

Log into the Hub2 Admin page and disable the 5Ghz band in WiFi settings (I think).
Try connecting the device again.
If this works go back into Hub2 Admin and enable 5Ghz.

I think my phone (Honor 70 Lite) with the app can not do dual band as other devices are connected to either 2.4 5 or in one case both (OH's work laptop).

What we have done to get round the problem of the Hub 2 not having separate names for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands is use a mobile phone that looked for the 2.4GHz, the connection to heating then went like clockwork! This carry on of trying to attach heating to mobile phone with the Hub 2 has taken 3 hours - I will not be buying smart bulbs..
