Configuring Plusnet Hub 1 for OpenDNS

I have used OpenDNS in the past, but I have just upgraded to Fibre. Is there a reasonably straightforward way to configure a Plusnet Hub 1 router to use OpenDNS DNS? Some posts suggest I use Telnet commands, which I am not very familiar with.

You can't configure the hub 1 to use open dns.

The firmware is locked down so that DNS servers can't be changed to anything.

You'd have to supply your own modem/router to be able to do this.
