Changed router settings now having problems with smart home and iphones.

Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie when it comes to routers but I merged our 2.4ghz and our 5ghz back together and i've noticed that our alexa hub is showing some of our lights are unresponsive and our iPhone WIFI calling has stopped working properly. I have deleted the lights and tried to add them again but it won't find them.

Is this the reason or is it a coincidence?

@Saucy5280

It seems to me that all you have done is confirmed the advice not to synchronise the two bands.

Hi there,

I'm sorry to see you're experiencing wireless problems.

Can you try desyncing the wireless frequencies again?

If you're unsure or can't remember how to do this, there's a guide Here.

Let us know how it goes.
