Changed password causing router problems!

Hi I changed my password on my plusnet account a couple of days ago, then a day later I had no internet access. I spoke with one of PN online support team who told me it was the fact that I had changed my Password with them but not with my Router.
I have a Tplink TD-W8961ND and I'm pulling what's left of my hair out trying to change it following their online guide but I've still no success. Can someone please help me out?

As it is not a Plusnet supplied router there is no on-line guide. From a quick search this is probably shows you where you need to be looking:

I'd expect the username on that page to be yourplusnetusername@plusdsl.net

The link @jelv provided should help you get this sorted. If I remember correctly the address to go to in your browser is 192.168.1.1 and then log in using your router's credentials.
