Cant connect to internet

Active today.
Followed all steps went imto advance settings put in my username and password nothing happens wont connect?

I wemt active today amd told me to sign in. I tried doing this and said was connected but was not. Tjen followed steps in advanced settinga where asked me to put in usernam and password as it was set to setup@plusdsl.net.
I then emtred my login details clicked connect but wont connect at all

Hi @deanhogg Helpfull when given more information, although you went active today it can take till midnight for it to be completed try again tomorrow and report back if you still have problems.
