Cannot port forward Call Of duty Modern Warefare 2

Hi,

I am facing a problem when I trying to port forward Call Of duty Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer so my friends can join my private game. The port is 28960 and no matter what I do, nothing works. I have restarted the router multiple times, tried assigning different IP addresses to my PC even restarting my PC. I have allowed the game through the windows firewall and have enabled UPnP on the router.

Can someone please help?

Have you actually forwarded the port?
UPnP won’t do that for you.

Can you connect to your pc locally?
Have you tried a port checker to see if the port is open?
Have you turned of the PN firewall?

1) Have you tried connecting from within your local network rather than via the internet. Helps show whether the issue is on your pc or the router

I cannot try it because the game is on my PC I don't have any other PCs that have the game installed..

Did you turn off the Hub firewall? Have you checked the account firewall settings?  https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/about-plusnets-broadband-firewall/
