Cannot access the Hub Manager Page. Any suggestions?

192.168.1.254 This does work to allow me to access the Hub Manager Page.

Any message ? Is 192.168.1.254 the IP address of your hub ? try pinging it.

Where are you entering the address? Hopefully in the address bar at the top of the page, and not in a search box. That IS the correct address for the Hub.

HI, it wont allow me access. I have got as far as entering the User Name and Password to the Router but it does not recognize them.

Looked at the instructions video and it says that the User name is Admin and then the SN of the Router but that does not work!

OK - so you have got to the router login page.. User is 'admin' - lowercase without the quote marks and password is uppercase as the label on the base. The serial number begins CP...

You are looking at the instructions for old hubs.

On the latest ones the admin password is on a label or pull out card fixed to the hub.

I have no idea. However the password on the newer hubs use random characters and is unlikely to start CP or be all upper case.

OK - I wasn't aware of that, as I have never seen one, or am I likely to.
