Can't port forward

I am having problems with Port Forwarding.  I have had your internet service for a week and no one can resolve it.  I shall cancel my contract if nothing is done to rectify this.  I need to open ports 18004, 40085 and 49005 on your BT Home Hub 5 but, due to games being pre-installed on this router I am getting conflicts informing me that the ports are already in use.  I have checked and the ports are not open.

 

I have never had problems with other internet companies or their routers and my cameras worked fine until I signed with PlusNet

why not just use the pre-defined games and point them to the machine that you want, it doesn't impact anything.
