Can't connect- new router

I have had the go ahead for my broadband today. I set the router up as directed however kept getting a message along the lines of '100 sessions' and to retry. I have tried to connect both via cable and wifi, reset, restarted the router and the laptop.
After numerous attempts it now appears to be connecting but says I have to login before it will complete connecting to the internet however there is nowhere to log in. I can access details and make changes to settings etc on the hub, not actually log in. I can see the user name as setup@... however I have no option to change this available.

It also won't allow my phone to connect via wifi.
Am I missing something? Or what do I try next?

You need to click disconnect to be able to enter your own connection details.
I must have been really bad in a previous life. This is my 3rd ISP in a row that uses lithium.

That wasn't letting me do anything yesterday but it's worked this morning!
