Can I use a Plusnet Router 2704N as a wireless extender? If so, how?
I have one of the "better" Plusnet routers (with the two antennas), and I have the "plain" Sagemcom Router 2704N router. I was hoping I could use that as a wifi extender.
I cannot seem to find anything to show if - or how to do it.
If that won't work, but one of the better Plusnet routers will work, I may be able to get that to work instead as a fallback.

You could try putting OpenWrt on it. If a device is fully supported by OpenWrt, you could do pretty much anything you want, wifi extender, bridge, mesh, fast roaming etc. But this WiFi chipset is only partly supported, so WiFi performance and functionality is limited, it may still have the functionality you want.
