Hi,
Plusnet have had a bit of a nightmare with my account and I'm going to be without broadband for 2 weeks whilst they reconnect me (long story, not included in this post but happy to share..).
Can the Plusnet Hub One router use a 4G dongle to connect to the internet as a backup? Haven't found anything online to say that it can but thought I'd check.
Many thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm afraid not.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
