Buzzing router

For the last few days my router has been making a buzzing noise. Looking on here i see that this is quite a common issue with people having replacement ones issued to them.

Tried to ring to request a new one but gave up after 15 minutes waiting to speak to some one.

Is there anyone on here that can arrange for a new router to be sent to me?
