Buzzing / hissing HubOne

Hi

I have just recently switched to Plusnet Fibre.
I have noticed that my router is making a loud buzzing/hissing sound - it’s in the same room as our TV which can’t be avoided. I have seen various threads regarding this and it looks like I seem to be having the same issue as others. I’ve disabled 5ghz for now which has reduced the noise partially only. However, I need to use 5ghz therefore please can I get a replacement router sent to me? Are there any details you need from me in order for you to do that?

Thanks for getting in touch @MrWill I'm sorry to see you're hearing a buzzing noise from your router.

As you've said that you're getting this even after switching the 5GHz frequency off, I've ordered a new one for you now which you'll receive within the next few days.
