Broadband dropout - now admin password not recognized

Hi,

Our broadband stopped suddenly, briefly (about 1 minute or so, around 10 am) and now that it's back, I can't sign in to the router admin account - it says "The password you’ve entered is incorrect. Please check and try again.".

The passsword I'm using is correct, it is the original one, which I was using yesterday and which is printed on the info card.

Have I had a firmware update or something, that has changed the admin settings?

But now (8 minutes later), the password is being accepted again.

The same has happened to me. But it is not resolved. I cannot connect my iPad to the router. All was fine earlier today.

Sorry, don't think I ever got an explanation for it. Hope you're sorted soon .
