Hi,
I have just a few clarification questions on the broadband connection setup process.
If I change the password for my account, will the broadband setup accept the new password or do I have to use the one I set up originally with the order?
Also, when I login to my account on www.plus.net, it still says my order is processing. I already received my router but didn't manage to set it up yet. Should I wait until the order is done or is the system waiting for the router setup to finish the order?

@Phalkon Welcome to the forum
You should receive a text when your service is up and ready for you to plug in your hub.
If you change your password the hub will automatically pick it up if you switch it off, leave it a minute and reconnect it.
