I've purchased my own networking equipment and I need the password for the Broadband Username: [Removed] .... how can I obtain this .... I also sent a DM via Twitter .... (I tried to contact over 0800 432 0200, option 1, 1, 3 for technical support but it auto-hung up)

Can you log in to https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login ? It uses the same login details as broadband. ADSL broadband username is in the format [username]@plusdsl.net .
