Basically I want to block all access to a particular website on my home networkI can easily block the site on my own pc but i want to restrict access to the whole network
is this possible with the onehub?

I don't think the Hub One allows you to block websites.
A "third party" router that lets you use, say, Open DNS will enable this but you can't set your own DNS settings on the Hub One as I recall.
