Block Apps on Plusnet Hub One

Is it possible on the Hub One router to block specific iPhone apps (rather than web URL's) such as Tiktok and Snapchat? What is the best method or is it best to use a service such as OpenDNS to block this kind of activity?
Thanks

You'd be better off implementing screen time and blocking it at the phone level on devices.
Apps communicate like everything else.

Hi @sharky66

Unfortunately, this is not something that can be done via the Hub One.

@sharky66

You are on a bit of a difficult path to fully block apps.

OpenDNS doesn't work with Plusnet supplied routers and ideally you need a router that both can be set to use OpenDNS and block any other source of DNS and (for completeness) any VPN providers.

https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227988027-How-to-prevent-users-from-circumventing-Open...

I use Open DNS but I don't enforce it's use.
