Hi,
I just can't get my BT Smart Hub connected to my PlusNet ADSL Line... the line went active today, the PN router connects to the line, the BT Smart Hub only flashes orange and tries to connect.
I've followed Baldrick's process as well as Message 41 on this thread - https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/BT-Home-Hub-6-Smart-Hub-on-PlusNet/td-p/1349153/page/3
It was a brand new Smart Hub, although I've done a factory reset anyway.
I waited until the appropriate moment to connect the phone line - after various reboots, my PlusNet credentials are still saved.
My password doesn't contain special characters.
Am I just being stupid or is there a setting I'm missing?

@dano Welcome to the forum.
Are you saying that your Plusnet credentials are getting locked in?
Have you checked that you can log into your Plusnet account with the same credentials?
Have you added @plusdsl.net to your username with no spaces or typos?

Turns out I can't get connected with PN equipment now anyway - spoken to support and might be a line problem, just waiting to hear back!
Will see what they say, thanks for getting back to me though!

@Baldrick1 Turns out the emailing confirming activation was a day early - line is now up and running with the BT Smart Hub. Appreciate your time though Baldrick!
