BT Smart Hub 6 repeatedly reboots

Morning all

I have recently moved over to a Smart Hub 6 from my Hub Zero. At first all seemed to be working well. I had a weekend of uninterrupted internet access. However when myself and my partner logged in to our remote work systems on Monday morning we ran into some significant issues. Most often the hub constantly reboots itself. It will go green then orange then back to blue (I may have missed a colour). Other times, it stays blue and just kicks everything off, as though it has crashed completely. The connection is fine, as the Plusnet router is actually solid as a rock. It seems to be either a laptop or an ethernet network phone which is causing the issue, but I can't for the life of me figure out why. For the record, I've tried two separate Smart Hubs, so there must be an issue within my network. The tech log reads as follows:

Can anyone make any sense of the readings on the technical log / does anyone have any experience of these kind of issues? I am on the brink of giving it up as a bad job but any help anyone can give would be much appreciated!

On a hunch (and knowing a bit about VOIP phones) I would try just the laptops and don't connect the Ethernet phone and see how you get on.
