Just a heads up for BT hub 5 users.
I had a power cut and due to changing my Plusnet password, the router would not reconnect. I changed the router password - but no joy. After much frustration, and a call from support ( who couldn't help other than to suggest using the original Plusnet router) it seems the BT router doesn't recognize the # symbol. After changing password again, using a different symbol, instant connection.

Does the Plusnet Hub 1 (a cloaked BTHH5a) have the same characteristic?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
