Authentication Failure?

My router connects to DSL with the setup@plusdsl.net username (after choosing to reset the username & password), but when I try to use my PN credentials the orange B light comes on and it shows disconnected.

Should I leave it connected with the setup@ creds and wait for it to update automatically? Or should I leave my actual PN creds in there until the problem is solved?

Hi and welcome to the Community Forums,

If you private message me your user name for the account I'll have a look what's going on from this side as it should be authenticating automatically but I presume it's a new account and we may be waiting for the orders to go through.
