Advice please re Plusnet Hub 2 and Sky Q box

I’m not great with technology so any advice greatly accepted. Today we’ve gone over to Full Fibre. Engineer has fitted Plusnet Hub 2 on the wall which is approx 10 feet away from TV, Plusnet One box and Sky Q box. Sky Q was previously plugged into hub1 with a cable. Does my SkyQ still need this cable or can I unplug the router? I’ve amended the Wi-Fi network on SkyQ to the new router.

@TJPRugby i think there's some confusion here.

The box on the wall is not a Hub 2 , its an ONT (Optical network termination). Its basically a Fibre modem. This is connected to the new router (a Plusnet Hub 2) which I assume was supplied. Effectively the Hub 2 replaces you old Hub 1 which was connected to the phone master socket.

So in terms of your Sky system, any connections to the Hub (wifi or wired) should be replaced with similar connections to the Hub 2
