5GHz Connection problems

Hi

I am having problems trying to connect to my 5GHz connection.

I get an error message saying incorrect password, but its not!!

I've tried changing the password, it still will NOT connect.

I am running:

If you look on the router board the very first post relates to this and gives you and the many others in the same situation the means to report 5GHz wifi problems to a senior Plusnet staffer.

https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/Hub-One-5GHz-WiFi-issue/td-p/1696363 is the same problem.  It is a long thread but summary is:

Hub 1 router has a problem with the firmware.

Plusnet are aware of the problem but still send out the router

The only successful work around (afaik) is get your own router.
