4g?

Hi, I've just renewed my contract but not happy to continue with the Hubone router.  I wanted to get a business smart hub from BT, and so bought one on Ebay.  The one I chose had a 4g assure dongle bundled with it.  Is that likely to be of any use to me? We have FTTC.

I would guess that this is highly unlikely. These devices are for BT customers. We simply bodge the settings to get them to work on Plusnet so you can’t expect bells and whistles features to work.

Thanks, didn’t think I’d be able to but worth an ask! I hope that the router will work without it regardless…
