I am due to go live on May 1st but my adsl router has not yet arrived, I thought it would be here by now.
Can someone chase up to see if it has been despached please

Great (NOT) due to go live on May 1st and looks like it will be up to May 3rd before I get a router. The offer of credit for downtime is a pathetic response to the ineptitude of Plusnet not sending router out in time.
This does not bode well for the start of my Plusnet switch over and I'm now wondering if it was a bad idea.
I just hope that my current NowTV Hub two will work with Plusnet.
Really not impressed that router not sent out in good time.

Just managed to navigate through my order details and it shows that my router is not even despatched yet.
Also very worrying my broadband order is still not ordered.
What the f+++ is going on?
