when will i get my order

hi,I ordered a broadband package on 13/03/20,my order tracker has got a green tick for sign up, you have taken my pre paid line rental,but your still checking my details and waiting for the hardware hub. It has been over two months, I know corvid has caused a lot of problems, but still waiting for two months is far too long. What is going on?.

Sorry I cant help but I order in May and to see you still have nothing from March I think I will be cancelling and asking for a refund tomorrow. Ridiculous

hi just to let you know that was an old post,iv had the broadband up and running for about 2 weeks now,its better than my last provider.

I placed my order (broadband + phone) in February and have still to receive any service of any kind - not even a 'we've got a problem' message...

What's happening? This is costing me money with my existing provider!
