when will I be connected :(

so im supposed to be connected at some point today the conmection at my old property was cut on the 28th we moved the day after, but I have had no confirmation about it going live? ive tried to do a live chat to check if there was any updates with no luck of getting to anyone

hoping someone here has a good idea as to wether this will happen today or tomorrow been without internet for 11days with no moblie data and im having to either travel to use the internet or pay bt wifi fon which I can not keep doing.

Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that you have been without service for 11 days.

Looking at your order details at this point there is nothing to indicate any issues or delays so I am afraid we aren't able to give more details other than this is due to complete today anytime up to midnight.

Should you find that you are not connected after this time then please let us know and we can look into this for you.
