what time will my account be turned on

I moved house last week, and didnt get around to moving broadband until too late, so I've been without broadband (very angry kids). anyway i've been told that broadband will be switched on today and that an engineer wont need to attend the house. The day is now running out and still no broadband. How do i find out if the account turn on is still happening today?

Have you tried plugging your router in?

The orders are now showing complete.

The router is connected and is showing a solid orange light. It is connected to the microfilmed which is connected to the phone socket.
