want to delay installation of fibre and phoneline

is it possible to delay this at all because I made a little mistake in thinking my old contract with BT was ending on the 23rd feb when in actual fact it ends on 25th feb and BT want to sting me with an early termination charge for the router they supplied.

Yes, it is possible for us to do this.

As we'd have to cancel the orders and place new ones there is a small risk that the 25th might not be available.

I just wanted to make you aware before we go ahead with that.
