urgent help with sign up

today i called and got a price to renew , i accepted the price and want the service 

i was unaware that around the same time my partner tried to arrange service from another provder (vodafone)  which we are now in the process of canceling

could a note be put on my account to this effect - to ignore any request from voda and its all being canceled

thanks - very frustrating

ive had ongoing issues canceling voda (never again)  could i please ask you to confirm everything is still okay as despite canceling with voda i still get emails that its going ahead and fear i will get cut off from plusnet due to vodas incompetence

just to confirm again...i still wish to carry on with plusnet,
