I'm sorry to see you've not received your new router yet.
From what I can see, the option for a router wasn't selected when upgrading to fibre online via our website. I've just arranged to send you a new one now though you should receive within the next 3 to 5 working days.
I've also checked your fibre order and I can see it's actually been delayed to the 30th July because of a shortage of engineers in the area. Really sorry for the delay and we didn't let you know sooner.
