upgrade order clarification ref phone package
On Monday morning I phoned to order an upgrade to Fibre. All agreed and the go-ahead given.
My question is about the phone package. I already had 'Evenings and Weekends' grandfathered into my account, at £0. and as discussed with the agent it was continuing
Looking at Question #124532690 (which wasn't emailed to me) I see:
A breakdown of your monthly bill is as follows:
Plusnet Fibre Unlimited broadband service: £xx.00 per month for 24 months then £14.99 per month thereafter
Line rental: £185.88 annually (already paid)
Plusnet anytime call plan: £6.00 per month
I didn't order the 'anytime call plan' and it wasn't discussed so why is it in the order confirmation?
On the good side my router arrived within 24hiours, and have received a activation date of 9 May.

I'm just looking into this for you.
I can't see anything on your account that indicates your call plan was changing so I think that's a error on the agents part but I'll check again on the day your change to fibre happens to make sure.
