I'm getting this chased up for you.

Unfortunately it looks the order has been cancelled for some reason.

I've asked our business team to get this replaced as soon as possible and find out the reason for it being cancelled.

thanks for looking into it..... but i fail to understand if its been cancelled, then why has no one told me so. All i have had is that the work has been done but the order hasn't been closed/completed.

Hi @thebigyin,

Thank you for your patience whilst we have looked into this for you. I can confirm that your order is now committed and the expedite for the fibre order has been placed for the 14/02/2017 between 8am-1pm but it can take up to midnight for the order to complete.
