started to sign up with plusnet on 4th december ,they said there was a problem with my bank account details ,there wasnt as they quickly took a payment ,then i contacted them on the 16th december to see what was happening only to be told the order was cancelled as open reach had a problem ? and that talktalk wouldnt let me keep my home phone number ,and to phone back monday ,is plusnet always this bad if so i will look elsewhere .
