terrible experience with plusnet support / openreach

-Had major issues trying to get plusnet set up. 

-Box didn't activate on start date, plusnet finally advised they would send out a engineer (after 3 phones calls).

-Engineer didn't show up - left no notes for plusnet so we aren't being told why we didn't get an engineer.

-Plusnet staff informed / guaranteed I would get a call from openreach that day to reschedule (still waiting on this call)

-Called this morning and staff cant give me any useful information, wont give me any reschedule time and basically told me I will have no internet all weekend until Monday at the earliest. 

 

so in conclusion nothing but hassle, will be about 17/18 days with no internet since purchasing Plusnet internet and I have been given no help / timeframe to when this will be fixed. Every time I call I basically get told cant do anything just wait for an update.

 

Anyone got any ideas / had this issue?

I'm really sorry to hear about this situation and the inconvenience it's causing.

I see you've raised a complaint online which our Customer Advocates team will pick up in 24-48 hours.

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
