I'm afraid I can't find any account with the details you've provided. What's going to have happened here is that during the signup process it didn't complete correctly, so your bank pre-authorised the payment to us but as no account with us was signed up, it hasn't actually reached us. This money will return back to your account within 7 days, we have absolutely no control over this as it didn't reach us.

If you did want to sign up, I'm afraid you'd need to go through the process online again.
