still waiting for the £75 reward

I tried to call but no answer, so I will try here. I am supposed to recive the reward, my broaband went live on 16th March, please let me know.

I'm in the same position having started my service in Sep 2019. I expected to receive an email with instructions on how to get the £75 reward but nothing has come. I've tried to call customer service but there's a long queue so I've just registered on the forum. Would be nice to know how to resolve this.
