still waiting for my activation date

Originally my activation date was the 21/06/19 but there was some issue with the transfer from talk talk, i am still waiting for a new activation date, i had a txt today  telling me that plusnet had emailed me about an update regarding my account. but i have not received an email. Is there another issue with my account?
