Hey all, hope someone can help. I am a 'new' plusnet customer, having come from John Lewis Broadband. I had/still have a static IP from John Lewis and I would like to keep the same IP address, is this possible? I have not signed up to the static IP add-on yet, but will do so as soon as I can get an answer. Thanks!

I'm afraid it isn't possible to retain a static IP as you move between ISP's. The static IP is set by a component that is account specific to each service provider, so I'm afraid switching between JLB and PN will cause the current static IP to be lost and a random S/IP to be assigned when you re-add the component on your new account.
