reward card

Can someone tell me when you get a email for my 75 pounds reward card, it has been over ten days not received a thing I have tried the call center total waste of time.

thanks for getting back to me.

we applied through Uswitch who directed me to apply through your website.  Had an online chat yesterday with one of your colleagues  who advised we need to chase reward card through Uswitch - have called them today and they advise us this was not the case we need to request it from PlusNet.

I have checked all my emails (including spam/junk) and cannot find a link to request the £75. reward card. How do I go forward from here.
