I have been trying for months to get this addressed.
No joy via Twitter plusnethelp whenever it was active and no joy via the community which is a bit aggrevating as I see others seem to have had it successfully sorted on here.
I had originally thought it was better to avoid phoning due to the whole 'more urgent customer needs/staff issues' due to covid. But a couple of waits on the phone til I had to get on with other stuff later, I now really have no idea what to do.
It feels like a £75 con. I see the reward card is being advertised again. I hope others don't get so let down and overlooked.
