reschedule Openreach appointment via SMS

I have received the message from Openreach to visit my house for installation but no one will be at home tomorrow so I replied to the SMS for requesting reschedule but not getting any reply back. Not sure if they have received my request or not? Any way can I contact for rescheduling the booking?

I'm sorry to hear you've not had a response yet.

It looks like we've been able to activate things remotely for you so there's no need for a engineer now
