red light on internet light on router

Hi, my broadband was due to be set up on the 4th/midnight on 5th but I still haven't received confirmation that it's complete. I tried setting up my router just in case it worked but all I get is a solid red light in the internet segment.
Please could a staff member let me know what's happening?

I believe that this was resolved for you later on in the day, you're showing an active connection as it seems.
