"We've found a potential problem on your telephone line."

My order status says:

"We've found a potential problem on your telephone line.

We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly."

Nobody has been in contact.

I have an existing BT telephone line so it's hard to see what the problem might be.

Any suggestions?
