Hi,
I put an order in to join Plusnet on the 5th September with a start date of 21st September. But my broadband order tracker
is stuck at "Checking your line", stating there is a potential problem with the line and we will be in contact soon. I haven't had
any contact from Plusnet about this. I'm currently stuck paying stupid prices on a rolling monthly BT broadband, and I really
don't want to keep doing that. I was hoping to be with Plusnet in a few days! Please can someone check on this and let me
know?
