In what is becoming an epic saga of trying to get broadband i discovered last night that I now have a working phone line again. Unfortunately the broadband has not followed suit. I've had numerous orders placed and cancelled and coming apart. With the final 'plus net' solution being to call for an OR engineer to install a new line this Friday. Obviously ive never needed a new line and now have a perfectly good one making and recieving calls, but plus net seems unable to activate the broadband to it and indeed shows my address as having no line. @Gandalf you seem to work miracles can you help where your colleagues have failed?
