phone upgrade??

I clicked to renew my broad band the other day,as I hade out of contract for a few years and totally overpaying... then went back to add a phone package so I can speak to my family in these times of isolation but the options for phone packages had all disappeared?? How do I sort this... I tried calling a few times but it 40min wait....

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. You should be able to see the call packages we offer through the Offers and Upgrades tab on the Member Centre.
