I submitted a residential order for phone and broadband etc back last month 25/10/18 and set up direct debits etc where plus net took a payment on the 5/11/18 yet no contact from plus net about supplying the service no router sent out no date for connection, nothing at all, cant get through to anyone on the phones as queue is ridiculous and dot have enough time to sit waiting all day.
I am a business customer already and the set up for my business went swimmingly but for some reason there seems to be a problem with residential and now wondering if I have made the right choice
